It includes some tools:

• ImageMagick (no limitations).
• FFMpeg - LGPL.
• PostgreSQL - a liberal Open Source license, similar to the BSD or MIT licenses.
• PySide - LGPL.
• PyQt - GPL or Commercial. Will be used only if PySide is not installed.
• Python (no limitations).
• Qt - LGPL.
